What Make Us Unique
Purko Development Trust (PDT) is a registered trust of the Purko community who are residents of Narok County. The Trust was established in 1956 Purko Sheep Ranch with focus on livestock breeding and selling to the community, and was formally registered as a Trust in the year 2000.

The Purko Community: Over 500,000 members by birth, marriage or
The Purko General Assembly;- 200 Members drawn from the 5 regions- Meeting once annually
The Leadership Council;- All Elected Political Leaders, Cultural and Administration dept- Meet Once a year during AGM and/or when crisis arises
Board of Trustees;- 16 members, who meet quarterly to review progress and plan ahead
Management Team; - In-charge of day to day operations of the Trust.
